Talking about cost is critical to every element of the planning process from locations, vendors, design, to implementation of the day. Our belief is that we cater to the thoughts of the client in tailoring a price for them. Since we structure our price in this fashion, we provide every prospective client with a complimentary meeting to showcase our portfolio and establish the needs and in turn provide a cost analysis. We understand though that price ranges can assist with making initial decisions. Below is an average to expect from us.
We pride ourselves on our clients receiving a great deal and paying to obtain a great deal is realistic and obtainable with us.
Full Scale Planning - $2400 and above
This is a client that is near the beginning of the process that has little or no vendors booked, where you and your family receive the royal treatment from before the ring has been sized to after the gifts are opened! We include unlimited amounts of planning time, emails and phone calls, complimentary use of props and supplies, vendor assistance, decor design and to scale mock ups. This also includes set up, breakdown of your fabulous event, itinerary, floor plan, rehearsal and day of implementation which could include additional staff and additional services.
Partial Planning - $1100 and above
This is a client that has either run into a possible snag, have booked a couple of vendors and realized this is a little more than they can handle on their own, or for the do it yourself bride that wants an educated back up to assist from the stage they are in. To include the above on some level as well.
Day of - $650 and above
This client has done a lot of the legwork and would like a professional to carry out their wishes the Day of their wedding and is limited to 3 face to face visits but does include many of the elements above.
NEW - $450 design/consultation/meetings
This is for the bride that would like some assistance outside of the day of her beautiful day. This would include items such as floor plans, design work, and logistic assistance. This package is made for the bride that would like some assistance but not on the day of.
As with our service, hours are by appointment only and we are proud to introduce our newest location in Richmond at 1009 Lafayette Street. This 950 square foot location is centrally located in Richmond and provides us with the opportunity to implement full scale "mock-ups" for your wedding/event, interview several vendors in one location, display props, show current design trends, and an upscale meeting place for reviewing your details.
